Nick & Rachel | Savannah Elopement at the Kehoe House
This one hits home for me personally because Nick and Rachel are two of my dearest and closest friends. So just the fact that they entrusted me with their intimate wedding, continues to make me smile each time I think of it. My husband and I were there when these two met and we knew instantly that they had something special. Years later, on their wedding day we were able to witness and be a small part of their big day.
Nick and Rachel chose a small (and what I would call ‘antique’) wedding venue in the historical Downtown Savannah District - The Kehoe House. for their elopement. It was everything they wanted and more. A Savannah elopement in December can be a little touch and go but they had sunshine all day.
Rachel spent the morning with her mother, mother in-law, sister in-law and her two beautiful nieces. The girls made the day every bit. more special than she even imagined. The moment they saw their Auntie Rachel in her dress both their faces gleamed as they were staring at a real life southern belle princess.
After their ceremony, they enjoyed appetizers with a beautiful vanilla cake followed by dinner in the Conference Room at The Olde Pink House on Abercorn Street in downtown Savannah.
An amazing elopement in Historical Savannah for these two! We were so thrilled to be apart of it all.
